WHAT YOUR DENTIST MAY NOT TELL YOU
but you need to know before your next root canal
Injured patients should file an adverse event report with the FDA. Absent reports from the public, the FDA will not realize the extent of the dangers of Sargent Paste. Click here to file report. Also ask your doctor to file a report on your behalf. Since reports are voluntary over 90% of adverse events go unreported.

INJURED OR SUSPECT THAT YOU ARE?

There is a vast amount of research and literature that indicates removal of Sargenti Paste overfills which are causing numbness or pain should occur immediately preceding the injury. Obtaining your dental records and consulting with an Oral Surgeon ASAP is warranted. The Sargenti proponents state, in various documentation, that the "disinfecting" properties of Sargenti Paste continues for 7-10 days. That likely means that the formaldehyde gasses continue to permeate the nerve, tissue and bone outside of the tooth, thus the damage is progressive.

Once you have obtained the necessary medical attention, you should

1) file a complaint with your state dental board

2) file a Medwatch report with the FDA per the link in the upper right corner of this website and

3) ask your treating doctor should to file a Medwatch report on your behalf

Medwatch reports are voluntarily for patients and doctors, consequently over 90% of adverse events are never reported.
